Warid and IBEX Global joined hands to work as business collaboration in November 2012. IBEX Global celebrates the completion of one year with Warid and has made this a tradition to be followed on yearly basis since 2013 and will continue to do so in the future. The event called MY DAY is rejoiced with different themes and colors, while making sure that top performers are being rewarded for their hard work and dedication. To make this ceremony special, the higher management from IBEX Global and Warid are also invited for award distribution as well as participation in various fun filled activities. To make the event interesting, different teams were allocated a unique theme. The organizing team came up with themes like haunted house, “tapori theme”, “junglees” and “traditional Pakistani mehndi theme”. It goes without saying that the team went overboard to make this event not just creative but extremely engaging for the audience. Moreover, the award distribution ceremony was carried out for various categories and truly served to be a motivating drive for the employees. The occasion was further highlighted by the cake cutting ceremony in presence of Nadeem Ilahi, senior management from IBEX Global and Warid. MY DAY was to allow employees to take a day off from usual work routine and celebrate the end of another successful year. An event like this not only serves to motivate employees but also provide them with an opportunity to be recognized for their great efforts put together to make this venture a success.
